Remote (RON) Notary & Loan Signing Agent
I act as an official for the Commonwealth of Virginia, an unbiased witness to the identity and signature of the person who comes before me for a specific purpose. For example, this person may be taking an oath, giving oral or written testimony, or signing or acknowledging their signature on a legal document.
Being a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) for the Commonwealth of Virginia, I received specialized training to handle loan document signings. Title companies and signing services hire NSAs to deliver loan documents to borrowers, and NSAs oversee the signing and return of the documents remotely.
